What if my candle(s) arrive damaged?
If your candle(s) arrives damaged, we can issue a refund or a replacement once we see proof that the item is not usable. You have a two day period after delivery to report any damage.
Our definition of "Not Usable" implies that the item is broken and/or unable to be used.
Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?
There can be a few reasons that you have not received your confirmation in your email.
1. Make sure that your email address is listed correctly in your profile and/or purchase receipt.

When can I cancel my Order?
We do not accept cancellations at this time. All sales are final.
How soon can I expect my refund?
As soon as your damaged candle is processed, You should expect your refund between 2 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.(Not including weekends)
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping on a consistent basis. We do offer different sales and promotions during different times of the year for our customers.

What wax do you use for your candles?
We use a blend of Coconut and Soy wax and Beeswax. All of the scents that we use are phthalate free.
